The legs of the lame are not equal: so is a parable in the mouth of fools.
~ Proverbs 26:7 ~
The parable in the mouth of a fool is not equal (his/her legs are not in balance, but out of balance). However, the Lord’s sentence (parable) is equal (=).
Let my sentence come forth from thy presence; let thine eyes behold the things that are equal. ~ Psalms 17:2 ~
The Lord’s ways are equal and mans’ ways are not equal.
The prophecy in Ezekiel clarifies more of what is equal (in balance) and what is not equal (not in balance).
Ezekiel 18:25,29
25. Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?
29. Yet saith the house of Israel, The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal? are not your ways unequal?
Ezekiel 33:17,20
17. Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal.
20. Yet ye say The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.
The new Jerusalem length, height, and width are all equal. The wisdom of God is measurable, it can rightly divide the word of truth and knows the difference between (good and evil). This new city (belief system), comes down from heaven (the thoughts and ways of God).
And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. ~ Revelation 21:16 ~
The wisdom of God is found in the doctrine of Christ (the parables). The spirit of wisdom will create, rather assign, an image in the dream/vision to each thought or intent. That way we know what thought or intent we’re working in when we see the images at work.
What the thought….IS
What the thought…IS NOT
and what the thought…DOES
How would we know what to depart from, or to follow after without the Wisdom of God teaching us the difference between, good and evil?
What thing shall I take to witness for thee? what thing shall I liken to thee, O daughter of Jerusalem? what shall I equal to thee, that I may comfort thee, O virgin daughter of Zion? for thy breach is great like the sea: who can heal thee?
